A Poem for Remembrance
By May Wadlow

We will remember,
We will love,
We will care,
For those above.

We save our money,
We by a poppy,
We go to church,
And they all copy.

A sea of red,
A shower of green,
A little black dot,
What a beautiful seen.

You left your families to go to war,
To fight for your country,
We thank you all.

A Remembrance Prayer
By Isabella Hollis

Dear God,

Make sure that all of the people in the world who are experiencing times of fear are comforted by you.

Please help us remember all of the soldiers that have lost their lives for us.

Please stop the wars in the world and make it a happy, beautiful and extraordinary place to live.
