We cannot wait for you to see our Nativity - our rehearsals have been going really well.  We love working as a team and supporting each other, so the two shows next week are going to be lots of fun which we hope the children will remember forever.
Some children are a little unsure of their words - we don't want anyone to feel nervous so please keep going over them at home this weekend!  Thank you so much to everyone who has sent outfits in, they look AMAZING!  We know you will be very proud of the children when you see the performance next week.  We certainly are.
Maths:  It has been a challenge this week, but Miss Bishop is proud of how everyone has given maximum effort to learn about money.  We have been finding out what different coins and notes there are, adding up amounts and finding different ways of making the same amount.
One of the best ways to learn about money is to play shops!  Collect items from around the house, price them up, gather your loose change together and have fun!
Heartsmart:  We thought about what makes each of us special and wrote acrostic poems using our names!
PE:  It was raining for our football lesson, so we went into the hall and did some brilliant team building games with our coach, Rhys.  We worked out how to cross the hall using spots and teamwork!
Learning Journey:  We sorted statements into two groups, thinking about what London would be like after the fire.  We realised that for some, the fire made things worse, while in other ways it improved life.  People lost their homes, but new regulations were brought in to make sure new ones were built to be safer.
