The children really enjoyed their first swimming lesson.

This week our focus has been on planning and practicing our class assembly.  They have written, sketches and even learnt some new dance moves. We can't wait to share it with you next week.

In science, we have learnt about why we have muscles and how they help us to move.

In Numeracy, we are continuing our Roman topic and have been finding out about how they wrote their numbers. We have linked this to telling the time on an analogue clock using roman numerals.

We have been learning a poem in Literacy, that has helped us to consolidate our understanding on using 'a' and 'an'. We are looking forward to creating our own poems next week .
