It has been another lovely week in Year 3!
We had a fantastic (if not a little damp!) day at the Cotswold Wildlife Park on Tuesday then created some wonderful clay pots on Thursday!  Mr Payne took us for a super science lesson about light on Wednesday.

Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who donated cakes/ingredients or who visited our fantastic stall at the fete! What a fabulous day it was - clearly the children are expert cake decorators!
Another crazy week in year 3, we had a lovely time on our Roman day, dressing up, tasting foods at our Roman banquet and making Roman buildings for our peg people to live in!
We have continued to look at instructional texts, children have designed their own Roman pots and will be writing detailed instructions on how to make one, in maths children have finished reading scales and looking at measurement.
We have also enjoyed our weekly visit from our cricket coach Sam and swimming at Chesgrove!
