Year 4 News: 14th November 2019

14th November 2019
Year 4 are busy preparing and rehearsing for their forthcoming assembly on our Hanbury value of ‘Respect’.
You are in for a treat next Friday as the children are learning a song and looking forward to sharing important messages with you and the rest of the school.  Parents and carers of Y4 are invited to come along and watch.
In maths, we have learned that there are three different types of triangles. We know their names and have been working hard to identify the different angles within them.
As part of our PE Lesson, we have started to compose a WW1 dance.  This links in with our history topic . Ask the children to tell you more.
We have also enjoyed our second lesson learning some karate moves and katas with Mr Palmley.
