In literacy the children have completed their non chronological reports about how to look after a Milton.  After lots of helpful hints from the teachers, the children completed a self assessment in order to judge how they think they got on with the task.
 
Wednesday morning saw a beautiful sunrise so we decided to go for a walk to church to feel the inspiration all around us.  It was lovely to be out in the fresh air taking in all of the wonders of God's Creation.
 
In R.E and our art work this week, we used this inspiration to write about the kind of world Jesus wanted and to capture the beauty we saw all around us.
 
Mrs Hope was truly overwhelmed by the children's artistic talents when collaging an Anglo Saxon warrior.  Taka a look at the photos below showing some of the outstanding pieces of work.
 
As we approach half term, it has been a pleasure to teach the children in the class and they have very much stepped up to the expectations of year 4.  The are definitely "more year 4".
