On Monday morning we used our wonderful setting as inspiration for our writing. We walked around our  grounds, reflecting on what we could see and hear. Back in the classroom, we used our notes to create a piece of descriptive writing.
We feel very proud of our performance in assembly this morning. We know we put over a very strong message about the importance of respecting ourselves, each other and the things we care for.
We hope you enjoyed it.
In Karate, we have to show respect when we are learning the patterns of moves in a Kata. This week, Mr Parmley taught us how to kick safely for defence. We all had a go on a kick pad. It wasn't as easy as it looked.
In science, we learnt about the symbols used to represent electrical components. Next week, we will be exploring circuits further by adding components such as buzzers and switches.
