Young Voices:  We were so proud of all the year 4 children who were part of the world's biggest choir on Monday.  They were amazing and a huge support for some of the younger members of the group.  A big well down to you all for making it into school on Tuesday morning - you epitomised our value of endurance!
Our School Vision:  On Tuesday, Rev. Morris came into school to help us think about our new school vision.  We spent the morning learning more about the meanings of the words within our vision, 'Flourishing Through Love and Nurture'.
You will already have heard about Gregg, the year 4 egg, we are nurturing.  He is not allowed to be left unattended and the children have come up with a rota to take care of him.  The children have thought about what he needs and have done a 'risk assessment' in order to make them more aware of the hazards that Gregg may face in being carried around.  Knowing what the hazards are, have made it easier for us to plan for safety.
The Sheep Pig:  We have moved on to Chapter 5 this week and the tension has been heightened when sheep rustlers came to Hoggett's farm.  Our next task is to write a newspaper article to report on the incident.
Real PE:  This half term, we are focusing on gymnastics.  The challenges are really quite difficult but we will endure and keep practising.
