Year 4 had a fantastic ‘Money Go Round’ talk from Simon and Stuart from the West Bromwich Building Society. They learned all about the value of money and how important it is to save… especially when they found out a car can cost as much as someone earns in a year!
Each of our classes also enjoyed a special workshop from PSHE specialists, Coram Life Education. We deliver lessons throughout the year as part of their SCARF programme (Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience and Friendship) but this was a chance to meet Harold the Giraffe and enjoy some extra time thinking about the link between physical and mental wellbeing!
