Literacy:  In literacy we have written a diary entry where we explored what happened to Charlie after he received the magic chalk. We have also begun to plan our own adventure story with a magical twist!

Maths:  In maths we are continuing to look at the link between multiplication and division. We have focussed on the 2, 4 and 8 times tables.

Science:  Science has seen the launch of our new topic forces and in particular magnetism!

Topic:  In our topic lessons we have done some lovely Stonehenge artwork using watercolours to create a sunset or sunrise background spiralling out from the centre. Next week we will be creating a silhouette effect in front. We have also started making some fabulous Christmas cards…. But no further details will be unveiled!

R.E:  In RE we have planned our own multi faith rooms and how they would be best laid out, this week we have been justifying our reasoning and discussing the differences between how people of different religions pray and how we can best accommodate everyone!

P.E:  In PE we have been continuing with our hockey lessons and Stellissa Fitness – this week was particularly tough as we learnt some new games which help to strengthen our core muscles. As usual we took part in some yoga as we helped our bodies to cool down.
