This week we performed our leavers’ play, Macbeth.
It was written by William Shakespeare over 400 years ago! We loved learning about the play in class and were excited when we learned that we'd get to perform it.
Our favourite parts were when the characters were getting killed with the swords, the witches and their funny voices, singing the rock songs, and wearing cool outfits. We all enjoyed our parts a lot, and we loved making the props for the play ourselves too.
We performed our play outside so we could use the castle as our stage, and we were lucky that it stayed dry for our performances.
